We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Checks, and Money orders. Standard terms are net 30 for qualified customers. All late payments are subject to finance charges. Prices subject to change without notice. All invoices must be paid in U.S. funds. Orders may also be placed by phone, fax, mail or email.
Climb-It Holds have a 2 year warranty for older, resin-based holds, and carry a lifetime warranty for newer, polyurethane-based holds. Warranty includes defects in materials and workmanship. Breakage due to misuse, over-tightening, or alterations voids this warranty. Include your original receipt and an explanation for a replacement along with the hold that needs to be replaced.
Climb-It Holds can accept orders with specific color requirements. Each additional color required will incur a $25 fee. For orders over $1000 dollars, any additional colors will be 10% of the final hold costs unless a prior arrangement has been made.
Shipping Policy:
  • - All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • - While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please allow a minumum of 24-48 business hours to process and ship your order.
  • - Holds typically take between 1 to 2 weeks to pour and ship, as all holds are poured to order. If there is additional time necessary for an order due to backlogs or other circumstances, the customer will be notified immediately.
  • - Merchandise will be shipped via your choice of USPS or UPS and is subject to the shipper's standards and regulations and delivery limitations.
  • - If an item is on backorder or out of stock, you will be notifed by e-mail and this item will typically ship within 1 to 2 weeks, unless the item is no longer available, in which case the customer may receive a monetarily equal item, or be entitled to a full refund, at no additional charge.
  • - All UPS deliveries must be made to a verifiable street address. UPS can not ship to P.O. boxes. Please include phone numbers for all international orders.
  • - Please make sure you double check your shipping delivery address.
